Our Philosophy is simple. We are not a vendor to our clients. We are a partner. By assigning a lead Project Manager to each major project, and a lead technician to smaller projects, this immediately changes the landscape to provide significant value-added support. We listen to our clients, and we work to understand every element of their problem or need. Then we work to provide our expertise to give them the best solution possible. Here, we custom design the solution, which provides the best value, at the right time, at the right place. By offering immediate follow up of our designs or installations, we ensure that explicit requirements are usually exceeded, to ensure quality assurance and total client satisfaction. Our desire is the loyalty of our clients; that they will allow us to help meet their needs.  We are constantly seeking to deepen our resource capabilities to meet any need that a client may present to us.

Value Added Solutions
Working with Developers, General Contractors, Electrical Companies, and end clients, in the new millennium, presents a unique set of requirements. We provide solutions that enable parties with a vested interest to conduct their own operations in efficient, safe environments. In many instances, we must provide these capabilities while ensuring that continuity of service is not interrupted. Or in the case of a major constructions project, on time and on budget. American Automation expanded its offerings in June of 2004 to meet this need.
