American Automation Building Solutions, Inc. has a number of certifications that support the growth of our business, and the ability to better serve our clients and business partners.

 

The following summarizes the various certifications that our company has.

 

8(a) Certification - SBA

AABS is certified by the SBA as an 8(a) Company. This designation allows us to perform government contracts that may be designated to be performed by 8(a) business. We will perform as either a Prime or support projects as a sub contractor or in a teaming arrangement.

Small Disadvantaged Business - SBA

AABS is certified by the SBA as a Small Disadvantaged Business. Designated based on SBA size standards, this allows our Company to compete for contracts that are specifically designated for small disadvantaged businesses. We will perform as either a Prime or support projects as a sub contractor or in a teaming arrangement.

DBE/SBE Certified –City and County of Denver and State of Colorado

AABS is certified by the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado, as a Small Disadvantaged Business.  This designation is based on criteria established by the City and State. This allows our Company to support Prime Contractors and compete for contracts that are specifically designated for small disadvantaged businesses. We can support Prime Contractors as they work to meet DBE/SBE goals that may be set by their client.

Rocky Mountain Supplier Development Council

AABS is certified by the Rocky Mountain Supplier Development Council.    This designation is based on criteria established by the Council. This allows our Company to support Corporations as they work to integrate small businesses with Prime Contractors to provide designated services required.  We can support Prime Contractors as they work to meet small business goals that are set by their client.

Regional Transportation District (RTD) DBE/SBE

AABS is certified by RTD. This designation is based on criteria established by the RTD. This allows our Company to support Prime Corporations as they work to integrate small businesses with Prime Contractors to provide designated services required.

GSA Schedule is currently under development.  We expect approval 1^st quarter 2006.
