Lisa R. Buckley is a seasoned executive that has brought with her over 20 years experience in operating multi-billion dollar organizations within Ford Motor Company, Maytag Corporation, and First Data Corporation, to drive the tremendous growth at American Automation Building Solutions, Inc.

Ms. Buckley joined American Automation Building Solutions, Inc. full time as President in November 2002. Immediately she instituted numerous processes in marketing, finance operations, and quality control that allowed American Automation Building Solutions, Inc. to enjoy the growth it has today. Following in the footsteps of her parents, her dream one day was to own her own Company to realize her entrepreneurial goals. This came true when she was able to join her husband, Ishmail N. Buckley at American Automation Building Solutions, Inc.

In her role, Ms. Buckley's primary responsibility is to develop relationships with clients to ensure that we understand and develop the right solution to meet their needs. In this capacity, she was instrumental in doubling the amount of government contracts enjoyed by the Company. Additionally, her expertise in marketing and product development ensures that they are on the bleeding edge of technology and applications in the markets that American Automation Building Services, Inc. competes in.

In working with the CEO, Ms. Buckley's goal is to realize the vision of the Company while providing significant value and quality in each and every application of their clients.

Ms. Buckley holds a MBA from Michigan State University, and B.S. from Oakland University
